And I remember the very first time I made my very first dollar without punching in to my shift at the pharmacy. It was from my earliest real-estate investment, and my mind was BLOWN. At that moment, I realized that if I could make 1 dollar doing this… then I could easily make thousands more.I immediately saw the potential this lucrative industry had for job and income replacement. And that’s how I was able to change the game and get the odds in my favor.

This was huge, especially for a woman like me. Why?

I was born in Haiti—the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. I was driven to make a difference and not take my parents' sacrifices for granted. I was raised in the inner-city of Miami where I worked hard, got straight A’s and went on to get my doctorate. Unfortunately, financial literacy was not part of the curriculum. I graduated with a whopping $500,000 in student loan debt. So I struggled, burned the candle at both ends, worked multiple extra hospital shifts to pay it off… until I discovered real estate.  

Today, I’m a health care professional by day and

Short-term rental investor by night.   

And I’m now the owner and manager of 18 luxury short-term rentals and a lucrative cash-flowing rental portfolio. I also juggle the responsibilities of being a wife, raising two boys, managing a full-time career, a real estate coaching program, and self-managing my rentals by utilizing a team, tech, and systems I have implemented over the last 2 years.
